I registered to host Ukrainian family, but no one contacted me — what happens next?
If you’ve registered to host with USPUK but haven’t received a response, please be aware of our Three Attempts of Contact Policy.
To confirm your interest and move forward with the matching process, USPUK will attempt to contact you up to three times:
First via email
Then with a follow-up phone call
And a final email or call, if needed
If we don’t hear back after these three contact attempts within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll assume you’re no longer available or interested in sponsoring.
