Free Legal Support on Employment Rights

USPUK is taking part in a new upskilling programme by the Work Rights Centre (WoRC) to help Ukrainians and Afghans understand their employment rights and access fair work opportunities.

🔹 We’re looking for Ukrainians and Afghans in the UK who:

• have questions about working conditions, pay, holiday, or dismissal;

• want to understand their employment rights;

• have faced unfair treatment or violations from an employer;

• have been unfairly dismissed and wish to challenge it.

📅 Sessions will take place on selected dates in December, January, and February, either online or in person at our London office. Participants will receive free 2-hour consultations with qualified employment law specialists, with translation support from the USPUK team.
